BOTTOM LINE:
Our faith gives us freedom

SCRIPTURE:
Galatians 5:1 NIV, Matthew 11:28-30 NIV

CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION:
  1. Ask your student: What is something you are allowed to do now that you wished you were allowed to do when you were younger?
  2. Today in MSM, we talked about instead of us having to work our way up to Jesus, Jesus came down for you and me: to set us free from the burden of sin and the burden of having to be perfect. Have they been caught up by the need to be "perfect" all the time? In what ways?
  3. As you pray this week, give thanks for the areas in your life where God has given you freedom. Consider things that may have tripped you up or held you back in the past. Pray that God will help your middle schooler experience that same freedom as they grow in faith, too!
high-school-nights
Join us on Wednesday nights over the summer for High School Summer Hangs. There will be time to hang out, worship together and have large group discussion, followed by large groups games! See our full summer calendar for our HSSH schedule!
