FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is an RSVP?
Your RSVP allows us to gauge the expected attendance for specific services. This helps us prepare our volunteer teams and welcome guests more efficiently. Please note that an RSVP does not reserve you a seat. Arrive early to enjoy the photo ops, hot cocoa bar, and grab your seat before service begins. Thank you for taking the time to help us create a great experience for everyone!
Why do I need to RSVP?
At our Christmas services, we welcome a larger number of people that don't regularly attend Preston Trail. We want to Smile First for our guests and make room for everyone who wants to attend. For many, Christmas is one of the few times they attend a service, and we want to make sure they have a great experience. You can help us by RSVP'ing for your service time.
Who needs to RSVP?
Please RSVP anyone who will be sitting with you (ages elementary and up). We also have an RSVP available for our Early Childhood and Special Needs environments.
Does it mean I have a reserved seat?
No - there are not assigned or reserved seats with RSVPs for our Christmas services. There will be no tickets to show at the doors. Just RSVP and let us know that we can expect you and your family.
What if I am running late?
It happens to the best of us. We'll have additional seating areas for you and others who are unable to grab a seat in the Worship Center. You are always welcome to join us for a later service time so you don't feel rushed!
Can I change my RSVP?
Yes. You can update or remove your RSVP by following this link and using the email address you provided when RSVPing.
Are there any differences between the eight Christmas services?
No, all eight services are identical. Each service will feature the same music, message, and candlelight experience, so you can choose the time that works best for your schedule.
What about my preschooler?
TrailKids will have age-appropriate programming for little ones, from birth to preschool. Your kids will celebrate Jesus' birthday with a retelling of the nativity story and a snow party!
Do you have programming for my child with special needs?
Yes. Our special needs environments will be open during all eight services, and all ages are welcome. Please RSVP to let us know you are coming.
Do you have serve opportunities available?
Yes! We have several opportunities available for you and your family or friends on the Welcome Team, TrailKids Team and more. Learn more and sign up here.

REMINDER, WE WILL NOT HAVE SERVICES ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 29

We look forward to seeing you in person on January 5, 2025 at 9 or 11 a.m.
