5 Steps to Prepare for Camp Eagle
Sending a kid to camp can be a lot to take in! Use this 5 step checklist to help you get prepped and ready to send your student off!
Step 1: Complete Required Forms
1. Camp Eagle Liability Waiver and Health History
2. Upload a copy of your insurance card (front and back)
3. If your student is bringing medication, complete this form and upload it here.

Step 2: Snack Sign Up
Sign up to bring a snack for those late night munchies. Snacks will be shared with other campers.
Step 3: Complete Prayer Card
Help us come alongside your student and their camp experience. Fill out this prayer card and bring it to camp check-in on June 3!
Step 4: Stay In The Loop
First, join the PTSM Parents Facebook Group to get travel updates while we're away.

Step 5: Get Packing
You've made it! 🎉 You've completed all the necessary prep now it is time to sit down with your student to review the rules and packing list. If you have questions along the way, don't hesitate to ask us anything!

For Students with Dietary Restrictions: Camp Eagle does not accommodate special diets, but they do provide microwaves and ample fridge and freezer space for campers with dietary restrictions. They strive to maintain a peanut-free environment.
