About Alison Leamon

Alison Leamon has served at Preston Trail for the past 15 years, spending her first decade in Next Gen ministry before becoming Teaching Pastor in 2022. She holds a degree in Psychology from Baylor University and a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Shaped by God's faithfulness through both joy and hardship in her own story, Alison is passionate about teaching God's Word in ways that are biblically grounded, relevant, and practical for everyday life.

A natural encourager and relational leader, she loves developing people, cultivating spiritual formation, and helping create environments where all people belong. She is committed to building a church that is rooted in Scripture, led by the Spirit, and engaged in God's mission.

Alison and her husband, Nick, are raising their two children (8 and 4) in North Dallas. Outside of ministry, she loves good books, mountain views, a gooey cinnamon roll, and a great cup of coffee.
