Our Vision

At Preston Trail we have a very clear understanding of who we are as a church. Everything we do flows from our mission, helping people find and follow Jesus Christ, with the goal of becoming world-changing followers of Jesus.

Since we opened our doors in 2002, we have seen God do incredible things in our church, in community and our world. In humble gratitude, we believe that God has blessed the Preston Trail way of doing ministry, and we are compelled to take our unique thumbprint to the world.

In 2017, on our 15th anniversary, we shared our vision for the next 15 years of Preston Trail.
It includes,
  • Central Campus: We will fully develop our central Frisco campus to maximize our ministry in our immediate mission field and to create a training center which will serve as the launching ground for a total of 15 regional multi-sites, national church plants and global training centers.
    • We began this work in 2020 with the construction and completion of our new children’s building on the Frisco campus.
  • Regional Multi-sites: We will launch multi-site campuses to help more people in North Texas find and follow Jesus, because we are located in one of the fastest growing regions in the country.
    • We launched our first multi-site campus in McKinney, Texas in 2017, and opened the doors to its permanent location in 2019.
  • National Church Plants: We will plant new churches in strategic cities throughout our nation—cities rich in thought leadership, commerce and the arts—because the stories being authored there are far too small.
  • Global Partnerships: We will take the gospel to the nations by launching indigenous training centers in targeted regions of influence.

We encourage you to watch this message for more about our Next 15 vision.
